Sunday Sermon
Psalm 73:26
Week 8/Day 7
Hey guys, it’s Tricia and I hope you can make it to church today. If you have an Alone With God journal, be sure to take it with you because there’s a place for you to take Notes, a place for Key Points and Key Verses, and a section for Prayer For The Coming Week. And, if you don’t have one and would like to order an Alone With God journal, you can do that at wordbymail.com.
Now, If you can’t make it to church today, we invite you to join us in the third message of the Revelation series. This message is titled “Where’s The Love?” and is the first letter to the seven churches. Pastor Dave teaches us that as Christ-followers, one of our greatest priorities is to nurture and protect our love for Jesus and his love through us to others.
In this audio guide’s description, there is a link to this message. And, if you don’t see the link, you can watch or listen to it on the wordbymail phone app by typing “Where’s The Love?” in the search icon. You can do that on the website, too, at wordbymail.com.
For today’s encouragement, let me just read Psalm 73, verse 26, and then pray to close.
Psalm 73:26 (NLT)
26 My health may fail, and my spirit may grow weak, but God remains the strength of my heart; he is mine forever.
Thank you, God, that even though we will continue to grow, to grow old and weak as all of us do, we can have the assurance that You remain the strength of our heart, and you never fail us. Father, Even if our spirit is crushed and we see no hope, you, God, will forever be our strength, our comfort. You are unshakable. Thank you that we can be guided by your counsel, and protected by your grace. May we draw ever closer to you, Lord, knowing our future is secure in Heaven through our faith in Jesus Christ. It is in your mighty name we pray, Jesus, amen.
